Who is Behind How to Rewild?

How to Rewild was founded in 2021 by Chris D’Agorne with a goal of making nature recovery accessible. It’s now part of a family of nature positive tools, known as Life to Land, which includes Buy Native – a native plant search engine.

Chris D’Agorne has spent the past two years working in the rewilding sector, and was an invited speaker at the 2023 summer conference of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM), giving a talk on pond restoration.

Posting regularly about rewilding and ecology to an audience of 15,000 followers on Linkedin, Chris has a BSc from Bristol University in Psychology and Zoology, and spent two years study plant genetics at postgraduate level, with an MSc in Biotechnology.

I regularly publish educational rewilding content on my Linkedin account – just search for ‘Chris D’Agorne’.

The ethos of How to Rewild is that the site is neutral and independent, without a political stance. I believe it is more important to bring people together across the community than to risk division by campaigning on specific issues.

There are links to ‘sister’ or ‘partner’ sites, though these are not sponsored links (unless marked otherwise). Any views expressed are my own.
